My story at LEONI

My name is Maryan. In 2006, I graduated from Lviv Polytechnic National University with a degree in "Equipment of the electronic industry, engineer-technologist". During one of the classes, our tutor suggested creating CVs, which we later provided to representatives of various companies during the "Career Fair" held annually in Lviv. It was there that I discovered LEONI. After obtaining my diploma, I successfully passed the interview process and have been a part of the Production Engineering Department since 2007. Starting as an Engineer, I progressed to roles of Leading Engineer and now I am a Team Leader in Production Engineering. For all these years, I have been involved in the implementation of various complex projects. But thanks to the excellent atmosphere in the team, teamwork, and mutual assistance, we coped with all tasks and achieved our goals. The most valuable for me at LEONI is the experience gained here and the wonderful team, with whom I am honored to work even today. I believe in the victory of Ukraine and in the fact that we will have the opportunity to implement many new and interesting projects.

This is my job

In my role as a Team Leader in Production Engineering, each day begins with a brief discussion with colleagues to address current issues and plan our upcoming tasks. Our primary focus includes organizing efficient production, implementing technical changes to products, and enhancing production processes. Therefore, I often participate in meetings with different departments and assist in solving technical difficulties to ensure a smooth workflow and meet all deadlines.

My highlight

The commencement of production for one of the most complex projects locally stands out as the most significant and memorable moment for me. After months of pre-production preparation, witnessing the collective effort of individuals from various departments working as one cohesive team was truly incredible.

My view of LEONI as an employer
