My story at LEONI

Hello! My name is Svitlana, and my journey with LEONI began in 2005. Joining this modern, stylish factory was a dream come true for me. Upon stepping into the plant, I liked everything: from the order, lighting, and modern equipment to the discipline, free transportation, working conditions, and salary. It was here that my character was tempered, and my relationships with people developed. I met wonderful employees who supported and helped me in everything. It was a pleasant, warm, friendly atmosphere, and it seemed like my second family. As a young and ambitious woman, my thirst for knowledge extended beyond my role. I wanted and could do something more. After getting acquainted with the internal vacancies, I realized that to achieve greater things, personal growth and development were the key. Motivated, I pursued university studies through correspondence courses and delved into learning computer skills and the German language. I firmly believe that when one sets goals, puts in the effort, and seeks self-improvement, success is achievable with divine guidance. Having worked some time in the Prototype Department, I seized the opportunity to interview for a position in the Quality Operations Department. Today, I proudly hold the role of Specialist Operations Quality, continuing my fulfilling journey at LEONI. Without a doubt, if I could go back in time and make the choice again, I would still opt for LEONI. This company has not only provided me with a strong foundation but has also fueled my desire to work and evolve. The thrill of working here intensifies when involved in new projects, presenting opportunities for ongoing improvement and innovation.

This is my job

My day begins with reviewing work emails, familiarizing myself with tasks, and planning my day. I then work with statistics, check production processes, and ensure compliance with quality requirements. I particularly enjoy the process of approving equipment, resolving ongoing quality issues, and working with people.

My highlight

At LEONI, tackling intricate tasks and addressing current challenges is a smooth process. The collective appreciation and dedication to work ensure a concerted effort toward achieving exceptional results.
