My story at LEONI

Hello! My name is Vladyslav. I have been working for LEONI since August 2021 as a Clerk Storekeeper. I joined the LEONI Stryi team based on recommendations from my relatives. During basic training, I successfully passed the test for the warehouse position, which was my desired role. We were briefed briefly about the main aspects of warehouse management – from the arrival of materials to their exit in the form of a harness, covering everything from unloading to loading.

The impressive scale of the plant and the friendliness of the team left a lasting impression on me. Over the past two years, I've delved into various processes, including receiving components, picking them for the production area, and transferring materials between storage areas. Based on my firsthand experience, I can confidently say that cooperation at LEONI is exceptionally well-established.

This is my job

Over the past two years, I've delved into various processes, from the receiving of components to picking them for production areas to the transfer of materials between storage areas. Currently, I work in the warehouse of finished products at the stage of receiving harnesses. They are brought to me from production, and I accept them into the system. After that, I put them on the rack or in a specially designated place where the harnesses are waiting for the shipment to be formed. And so the whole day. The number of accepted harnesses depends on the production. Since we have several projects and each project has its own family of harnesses, care must be taken to ensure that they are correctly formed and properly accepted into the system. There is a lot of responsibility in the warehouse for finished products.
