My story at LEONI

My work experience at LEONI is extensive – 16 years already. I started here at the age of 20, making it my first job and experience.

I began my journey at LEONI on the production line, where I learned the importance of teamwork and individual contribution. LEONI offers career growth opportunities, and I seized them, transitioning to the Quality Management Department for 8 years. There, I realized the significance of quality in LEONI's work principles. Currently, I serve as a Segment Leader.

I hold a diploma in Pedagogy and always aspired to work with people. Collaboration comprises the majority of my current role, bringing me great joy. When I began at LEONI, I never imagined it would become my dream job.

This is my job

As a Segment Leader, I develop various skills: constant interaction with people, strategic planning, collaboration with other departments, and communication with multinational teams, given LEONI's global operations. My day entails numerous meetings, performance and quality indicator planning, and ensuring smooth production team operations.

My view of LEONI as an employer

What I value most is a high level of cooperation, discipline, and stability. Work is clear and structured, without chaos, crucial for introducing new employees. Understanding the work structure empowers individuals. LEONI isn't just a job; it's a lifestyle. Stepping through the company door each morning fills me with energy and positivity, fueling my curiosity and drive to tackle new challenges.
