Production Trainer

Oleh, joined LEONI in 2018. Graduated Art Vocational School. Started as an Assembly Operator, now a Production Trainer.

My story at LEONI

My name is Oleh. I graduated from the Higher Art Vocational School with a specialty in "Carpentry and Woodworking Machine Operation". In 2018, I joined LEONI, which opened a modern factory in our region. Throughout this time, I have worked diligently and advanced my career in the production area. Currently, I hold the position of Production Trainer.

My decision to join LEONI was driven by the search for employment, but I found much more. I discovered a wealth of new experiences, formed meaningful friendships, and gained access to fascinating knowledge. The diverse array of production processes provides daily opportunities for continuous learning. It's also rewarding to be part of a large and friendly team where coordinated teamwork leads to excellent results.

I began my journey at LEONI on the production line, serving as an Assembly Operator for three years. During this time, our team faced challenges, including a business trip abroad amidst quarantine restrictions to initiate a new project. Upon our return, I transitioned to the role of Team Speaker. In 2022, I was promoted to Production Trainer. Looking ahead, I aim to continue advancing and aspire to become a Shift Leader.

PS. As of the interview date, Oleh held the position of Production Trainer, and in February 2024, he successfully passed the interview for the role of Shift Leader.

This is my job

My primary responsibility as a Production Trainer is to train and onboard new employees. I start by explaining the work steps and the importance of following them when constructing a harness. Additionally, I assist new hires in adapting to and integrating into the team, while also ensuring the accuracy of harness construction.

My highlight

The most memorable moment for me at LEONI was when I transitioned to the role of Production Trainer. It was a recognition of my hard work and a clear indication that I am progressing in the right direction to advance my career.

My view of LEONI as an employer

LEONI offers excellent opportunities for development and learning, allowing us to start from the production line and progress through continuous acquisition of knowledge and skills.

The company culture is founded on five core values: respect, care, cooperation, responsibility, and result orientation, which guide our daily work processes.

LEONI in three words? Quality, reliability, responsibility.

My tips

In my opinion, to succeed at LEONI, one needs to be brave, diligent, and hardworking. Courage involves readiness for new challenges and risks, while diligence is demonstrated through careful execution of tasks and attention to detail, essential in harness manufacturing. Diligence reflects consistent effort and persistence in completing daily tasks.
