My story at LEONI

Hello, I'm Khrystyna and my story is as special as the LEONI factory - unique and inimitable. Thousands of people who have crossed the threshold of LEONI have changed their lives and gained mega-interesting and useful information. I really wanted to get a position as an engineer because I have a master's degree in this field, but fate decided otherwise, for which I am eternally grateful. In particular, there were no vacancies in my specialty, so I decided to temporarily work as an assembler because the plant's energy was very exciting to me. Later, after working for 7 months, I attended interviews at the same time and signed up for a vacancy for a production preparation engineer. After successfully passing the interview, I have been working in this industry for more than two years and have not regretted it for a minute. Growth, development, overcoming my own fears, a lot of positive emotions, and good colleagues - all of this I have gained here. My cousin, who has been working at the plant for six years and is also moving up the career ladder, encouraged me to join the plant, and I am very grateful to him for that! Thank you for the opportunities at LEONI, I wish you continued prosperity and grateful customers!

This is my job

I mostly work at my PC. I analyze drawings, work out technical changes, help to implement these changes directly in production, and actively cooperate with other departments. Working as a Sample Assembly Operator, I not only learned how to work with drawings and what a crimping machine looks like, but also learned the difference between a splicer and a ferbinder. Additionally, I met very good people. For me, working at LEONI is a great experience.

My highlight

"Congratulations, you have successfully passed the interview for the position of Production Engineer," is the message that changed my professional life at LEONI. It was at this moment that my dream came true.
